1.血糖試紙自動壓蓋機功能介紹：
本設(shè)備可實現(xiàn)血糖試紙條裝瓶后自動壓合瓶蓋功能，提高壓蓋工序效率，提升壓蓋品質(zhì)。
●一次壓合10桶，綜合效率可達40桶/min
●瓶身與瓶蓋載具定位，載具便于更換
●瓶蓋位置精確限位，真空吸附，防止移位
●壓蓋過程彈力緩沖，壓力監(jiān)控，避免爆蓋
●可實現(xiàn)壓合后真空吸附一次性下料，提高效率
●操作按鈕控制，無需程序設(shè)定，操作簡單
●光電保護功能，避免對操作員的物理傷害
2.工作流程
人工上瓶身及瓶蓋到載具定位—>按下啟動開關(guān)—>平臺就位，真空吸附瓶蓋—>平臺運動到瓶身位置，壓合瓶蓋—>壓合完成，人工下料（可擴展自動下料功能）
