1. 膠體金試劑卡打標裝袋機功能介紹：
膠體金試劑卡來料—>紫外激光打標—>打標效果CCD檢測—>干燥劑振動盤供料—>鋁箔袋儲料供料—>鋁箔袋自動打標貼標—>貼標效果CCD檢測—>試劑卡及干燥劑裝袋—>裝袋效果檢測及稱重檢測—>封口機封口—>自動出料計數等一系列動作，各檢測工位均配置自動剔除不良品功能。此條生產線，可使膠體金類試劑卡后段打標裝袋工序實現完全自動化，同時CCD讀碼功能將產品信息同步綁定上傳到客戶工廠MES系統，可實現產品信息存儲與追溯。
